Acai is generally regarded as an overhyped and overpriced exotic superfood. It's still good. Avoid mlm ripoff prices and stay away from the fancy wine bottle watered down scam. You can buy it cheaper if you shop around. Buy it freeze dried or in juice concentrate form. Those are about the best prices you can find. Don't feel left out if cranberries, purple/black grapes, and blueberries are about all you can afford for top berries. These have lots of antioxidant power, are easily available, and are much, much cheaper.

Cinnamon is loaded with potent antioxidants and minerals. It's a taste delight. You want the lighter tan colored cinnamon from Sri Lanka because it contains little of the toxic substance that the cassia variety contains. The other kind of cinnamon was outlawed in Germany. Sri Lanka/Ceylon cinnamon is light colored, soft to the touch, and sweet to the taste.
