Seth asks: "What does current research say is tops for migraine relief? Asprin or Ibuprofen?" **If you have chronic headaches of any sort see a medical doctor.** Seth neither Asprin or Ibuprofen. In head to head tests against Ibuprofen, "Excedrin Migraine" out performed ibuprofen. Keep in mind that a recent study also implicated ibuprofen in heart attacks. If you can't find "Excedrin Migraine" you can use "Excedrin Extra Strength". They both share the same formula: Acetomephin, caffeine, and aspirin.
