CHANT VISUALIZATION I & II
Since the days of the first oral story tellers, it's been known that story tellers can develop extremely vivid imagery in their mind's eye simply by describing scenes aloud and in sensual detail. In the late 1970's I learned this firsthand when I wrote Western Novels and spoke them aloud before commiting them to the typewritten page. Later I found that chanting sensual descriptions aloud developed very crisp and detailed images. Rythmic chanting engages unconscious processes.

CHANT VISUALIZATION I
Here are the steps for Chant Visualization I:
(1) Gently pinch your right nostril shut and breathe through your left nostril only for 12 deep and full inhalations and exhalations. When you've concluded the breaths, remove your hand and resume regular breathing. Ask yourself the following questions and feel the responses in your body. Take your time
(a) Which is more relaxed your right right arm or your left arm? Just note the difference and move to the next question.
(b) Which is more relaxed your right leg or your left leg?
(c) Which is more relaxed the top half of your body or the bottom half? Proceed to step (2)
(2) Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter clockwise (Just once). Close your eyes for the remainder of the exercise. Hum what ever appeals to you. Let the humming do the humming. There is no concern about musicality here. Just hum for a minute or so allowing your unconscious to make up any tune it prefers. Then to engage the rest of your senses briefly: Picture a door, taste a sour lemon, feel what you'd feel if you stroked a cat or dog's fur, and smell perfume. Each of these senses is only engaged for a few seconds each and imperfectly. It's just to activate the brain's various sense centers prior to Rhythmic Chant Visualization.
(3) Gently palm slap (7x) the occipital area on the lower back of your head. "BL-10" on acuxo.com. Now choose any object, scene, or event you would like to visualize. Picture, feel, hear, taste, and smell what you intend to visualize.
(4) Rhythmically chant all the details of what you're visualizing. Rhthmically chant more and more detail. Don't talk out any of the details as this is liable to make you think and slow the process. Just go over and over rhythmically chanting the details of your objects and events. Before long you'll have some very sharply detailed objects and events. (Event review works on the same principles of paying attention to an event and running and rerunning to make it more detailed.) Rhythmically chanting, which comes from our deeper intuitive side, helps us create visual images with greater detail and clarity.
CHANT VISUALIZATION DRILL II
Here are the steps for Chant Visualization II
(1) Gently pinch your right nostril shut and breathe through your left nostril only for 12 deep and full inhalations and exhalations. Then remove your hand and resume regular breathing. Gently palm tap (7x) on the occipital ridge located on the bottom rear of your head. Ask yourself the following questions and feel the responses in your body. Take your time:
(a) Can you notice the space within your body.
(b) Can you notice the space outside your body.
(c) Can you allow the space outside your body to expand. Can expand past the room...past the building you're in...past your city or town...past the Earth...Past the solar system...Past the universe.
(d) Can you now notice the space both within you and outside you. Can you you allow any boundaries between inner and outer to blink out?
(2) Rhythmically chant all the details of what you're visualizing.
Give thiese NLP style submodalities approach a spin:
Can you make the image bright, then dim? Larger. Smaller. Colorful. Black & white. Vivid then blurred. Close by. Far off. Make it move from right to left and from left to right. Make it a movie. A slide. A holgraphic image. Cartoonish. Foreground. background. In space. Speed up the image or slow it down. Make it horizontal then vertical. Can you make it flash? Change colors.
Fuzzy. Sparkly. Look down on it's top. Look up at its bottom. Can you be outside of it at an angle. Be inside of it. Can you make it into multiple objects? Make it blink out. Return. View it on a split screen. Place a frame around it. See it from a panaramic view. Tilt it. Spin it--reverse spin it.
Blink it off and on. Faster--slower. Change it's contrast and shadows. Alter its symetry. Put writing on it. Printing on it. Pictures on it. Dots. Polka dots. Magnify sectors of its image. Shrink the images down. Alter its texture. Give it a fluffy look. A velvet look.
Can the object make a sound. Notice pitch. Tempo.. Volume. Rhythm. Musical. Continuous. Interrupted. Timbre. It's words. Singing. Cackling. Laughing. Howling. Noise. Screaming. Gurgling. Spitting. Hissing. From inside you. From outside you. The sound is long. Short. Close by. Far. Many sounds. The sounds are separate. The sounds change position in relationship to each other. Is the sound clear. Just audible. Larger number of sounds. Less sounds. Monaural. Stereo. Quadrophonic. Holophonic. Other worldly. Animal like. Low pitched. High pitched.
Can you feel something about the object? Where is the feeling located? Change the location. Make it a strong sensation. A weak sensation. A barely detectable sensation. On the surface of your skin. Deep in your bones and muscles. What's it texture? Course. Rough. Wavy. Sooth. Hot. cold. A number of feelings. The feelings move. Do the feelings continue or are their pauses? Intense? Mild. Change shape. Tempo or rhythm. Wet. Dry. Gritty. Slippery.
A smell to the object? Sour. Rotten. Dank. Fetid. Stench. Pungent. Far away. Close by. Fading. Unrecognizable. Identifialble. Cloying.
Taste. Does it fade in and out? Overwhelming. Salty. Sweet. Bitter. Just perceivable. Tingle. Burn. Menthol. Mint. Cherry. Lemon. Grape. Wine. Vermouth. Whiskey. Red hot.
TIPS ON USING CHANT VISUALIZATION.
*Take your time and learn each segment of the process.
*Place your palm on your heartbeat region during the process will make intuition more available.
*Hydrating yourself improves performance.
*Chant Visualizations can be used to:
-Create imaginal scenes for emotional targeting.
-Evoke crisp memories for emotional targeting.
-Make images of future situation we'd prefer to have happen.
-Create images that assist us in locating solutions.
-Evoke scenes for skills practice.
-Make images useful for working with health issues.
-Dialogue with objects in scenes for solutions.
-Essence States.
-Journies into the unconscious.
-Much more.
*Tapping with two fingers (7x) on the outside of the eyebrow (Side nearest ear) can further stimulate imagery like the occipital tap mentioned earlier.

Hi all,
Chant Visualization I
(1) Gently pinch your right nostril shut with your right hand thumb while you gently place your next two fingers in the notch beneath your nose. Hold this position for 20 deep and slow inahalations and exhalations through your left nostril only. Allow your tongue and face to relax before you ask body these questions:
(a) Which is more relaxed your right right arm or your left arm? Just note the difference and move immediately to the next question.
(b) Which is more relaxed your right leg or your left leg?
(c) Which is more relaxed the top half of your body or the bottom half? Proceed immedately to step (2)
(2) Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter clockwise (Just once). Hum what ever appeals to you. Let the humming do the humming. There is no concern about musicality here. Just hum for a few minutes allowing your unconscious to make up any tune it prefers.
(3) Gently palm percuss (7x) the occipital area on the lower back of your head. "BL-10" on acuxo.com. Pick any object, scene, or event you would like to visualize. Picture, feel, hear, taste, and smell what you intend to visualize.

Repost by Jayne Burgos
Here are some important factors in making Chant Visualizations that work. There are some basic rules that apply to visualizations which I'll also include.
*One universal rule that applies creating visualizations is that you want to create imagery of what you want and not what you don't want.
*Another very important rule is that your visualizations contain all the steps leading up to a well-formed outcome. Know their mini-steps
*Visualizations mimic goals in many ways. See the Goal Maker for information about creating goals.
*In creating visualizations use all of your 5 senses. See, hear, feel the steps and end state outcome. Smell and taste if appropriate.
*Use visualization subjects that you feel excited and good about.
*Physically go through the behaviors involved if appropriate to your visualization. This can be done during the visualization to involve your physiology.
*Ecology check your visualization. This is important.
Make sure your visualization is lined up with your deeper values.
Test your visualizations with these questions:
*Will this visualization fit with my deepest values and yearnings?
*Will this visualization interfere with my personal relationships and family life?
*Will this visualization provide the emotions I prefer?
*Will this visualization support my short-term & long-term goals, my enlightened self-interest?
*Will this visualization give me something I don't want?
*Will I be required to balance elements in my life owing to having this visualization?
*Does it improve my life or my ability to perform?
*Does it keep me out of significant conflict with others? (unless the conflict is something I prefer).
*Does it effect either my physical or mental health?
*Could another visualization work better for me?
*Will this visualization effect my behavior adversly?
*Is the visualization right for the context where it's employed?
*Are there future consequences for holding this visualization?
*What might make it difficult to visualize this in some instances
*Integrate any doubts, counter intentions, feeling blocks, and counter beliefs. Check your visualization from time to time to see if there are any counters.
*To really make this visualization work, make sure you're feeling it. This gives it it's sense of reality.
*Practice your visualization until it becomes seemless reverie that comes up spontaneously and goes through all the steps from start to finish.
*Steady practice will erase that feeling of unnaturalness (cognitive dissonance). So will integration work and using future orientation in time questions where you ask what it would be like to visualize and it felt natural.
*Be committed to your visualization happening in the real world. Take action to make sure that it happens in actual life.
*Here's some unconscious engaging questions you might use to strengthen your visualization:
a) After I fully believe in my visualization happening, how will I show this? Who will first notice my completed visualization coming true in real life? What will they say?
b)When my vision becomes a reality, what will I be doing? Where will I be?
c) The moment my vision makes me feel good, what will I eat that evening? Who will I be with?
d) After my vision works itself out from start to finish in my life, who will praise this success? Will I accept the compliments or will I just chuckle?
e) When I completely believe this new reality, how I describe it to my friends? How will I feel?
*When your visualization begins to appear seemless and take on a life of its own, you can begin to tweek your submodalities or each sense. Here you will be intensifying your vision and making it more enjoyable and compelling. As you go through your visualization, check each submodality (parts of each sense) and see if you want to intensify it, sharpen it, or make it even more real.
When you arrive at a submodality, that you desire to alter, simply allow yourself to experience it. Continue your left nasal dominance breathing and tap gently on your third eye occasionally during the tweeking of the submodalities. When you have a submodality just right for you, slowly rub your fingers on the skin surrounding your ears. Start form the side of your sideburn and rub around the periphery of your ear until you get to the start of your neck. This assists in installing that particular submodality (sense form). Here are the submodalities:
Visual: clarity, color, brightness, depth, distance, length of time visible, forward/backward motion of image/or "movie", directional movement, expanded/contracted image.
Body Sense: Weight, size, shape, temperature, movement, balance, rhythm,
Auditory: Pitch, tone, Timbre, tempo, volume, sound duration, distance, voice, words, distortion, clarity, off/on, location change,
Smell: Faint/strong, sweet, overwhelming, pungent, disgusting, sensual.
Taste: Strong/weak, good/bad, overwhelming, bitter, sour, tart, sickening,
As with visualizations, just allow the submodalities to be there and let your unconscious do the work. No forcing and your submodalities will happen the way you would want.
*As visualizations begin to grow more fluid with practice or occur as spontaneous daydreams during the day, they may begin to automatically self-install in dreams. This is okay. Your Body/Mind is doing the work for you before you get to dream installation. This frequently happens and is nothing to be concerned about.
Visualize as many times as it takes for your visualization to become seemless and spontaneous. This is good practice. Left nasal dominance makes this work easier. Lots of visualizing sends it down into the unconscious where it will soon be the object of dreaming.
*Use the Visualization Scale:
VISUALIZATION SCALE
(9) Extremely vivid with true life detail, coloration, shadows. Dimensional and holographic. A virtual reality.
(
Very clear. Not quite as sharply detailed. Colors not exactly true to form. Right on the cusp of a real life experience, but not quite.
(7) Somewhat lifelike. Details slightly off or missing. Color or pigmentation not quite in keeping with real life.
(6) Some obvious missing detail. Colors pale or lacking true tone. The edges are somewhat blurred. It's more representative than actual.
(5) Mixed quality of imagery. Some images somewhat realistic--some murkyness. This is representative. Fuzzy quality. It's a stand-in purely--but you know what it is.
(4) Imagery breaking down. Detail only partially there--much haziness. May drift in and out of focus.
(3) Indistinct. Pale. Not lifelike at all. Loss of actual shape. Barely recognizable.
(2) A blurry haze. Unrecognizable. Shapeless.
(1) A lack of any imagery. You mentally know of an image, yet you can't experience any.
* Be in your body and looking out through your eyes when you are in a visualization. Feel yourself in your body. If you visualize outside of your body you will be dissociated and will not integrate your learnings.
*Visualizations can also be done in lucid dreams if your'e adept at this kind of work. Lucid dreaming can get kicked started by learning to use breathwork in conjunction with the "Lucid Dreaming Doorway".

Hello,
An unusual use of chant visualization is the Dreamtime Chant Visualization-
DREAMTIME CHANT VISUALIZATION
DreamTime Chant Visualization combines chant visualization of a shamanic underworld journey, an occipital hold, and a heartbeat region hold. This process can be used for both creative problem solving and for triggering essense.
***WARNING: Folks with a history of mental illness, trauma, or panic are urged not to use this process without a counselor or therapist. If you decide to do this process, you will agree to absolve the webmasters, their server, Emoclear.com, and Steve Mensing of any responsibility for the application or misapplication of this process. There is always in any emotional process the possibility that someone could experience some discomfort. So proceed with this warning.***
(c) Steve Mensing
DREAMTIME CHANT VISUALIZATION.
The steps to the DreamTime Chant Visualization:
(1) CREATE A QUESTION AND WRITE IT DOWN BEFORE YOU SAY IT ALOUD WHILE YOU TAP YOUR 3RD EYE POINT: Create an open ended question for which you want an answer. Jot the question down on a 3X5 card for reference during the process. Repeat the question three times while you tap with two finger on your 3rd Eye Point GV-24.5
(2) LEFT NASAL DOMINANCE BREATHING, PLACE ONE PALM ON YOUR OCCIPITAL RIDGE BL-10 AND PLACE ANOTHER PALM ON YOUR HEARTBEAT REGION BEFORE YOU BEGIN TO CHANT VISUALIZE AN UNDERWORLD JOURNEY. Gently pinch your right nostril shut and breathe through your left nostril only for 12 deep and full inhalations and exhalations. When you've concluded the breaths, remove your hand and resume regular breathing. Place a palm on your occipital ridge BL-10 on the lower rear of your head and begin to chant visualize an underworld journey. You will chant visualize the 3 following scene and the sealed vessel and the Wise Dwarf for 6-8 minutes each. With each scene, object, or being chant out as much detail as possible. Let the chant visualization do the chant visualization. Allow the visualization to go in any quirky direction it intuitively chooses. Do the visualization with your eyes closed and only open them briefly to note what you've written down for scenes or objects on the three cards. The final card will contain your chosen question to be directed at the Wise Dwarf's sealed vessel.
(3) GOING INTO THE UNDERWORLD. Chant visualize a hole in the Earth leading into the underworld. Use all of your 5 senses in chant visualizing. Let the chant visualization do the chant visualization. Spend at much time taking in all the scenes and their detail. Describe how it feels to be there. Describe what the cave and anything that spontaneously appears there looks like.
In doing chant visualization, all the details of what you're visualizing appear. Chant more and more detail. Don't talk out any of the details as this is liable to make you think and slow the process. Just go over and over chanting the details of your objects and events. Before long you'll have some very sharply detailed objects and events. Rhythmically chanting, which comes from our deeper intuitive side, helps us create visual images with greater detail and clarity. You may encounter objects, beings, and archetypal figures here. Whatever attracts your attention, go with fully visualizing it. If they seem to want to converse, then do so. Anything goes. There is no censoring. If you have a whim to chant visualize in some odd and unexpected direction, then go with it.(6-8 minutes aprox.)
(4) TRAVELING TO THE HEADWATERS OF A GREAT UNDERGROUND RIVER. Chant visualize a DreamTime journey up a great underground river to it's headwaters which only you can sense. Here too you will find objects, beings, and archetypes which may pull at your attention. Go with whatever comes up. Chant visualize it out. Anything that occurs go with it. Leave yourself open to any sudden impulses or urges to visualize whatever comes up. Let your deeper self unfold the DreamTime Chanting. At anytime in this journey you may move from 3-D holographic imagery to a conscious dream. (6-8 minutes aprox.).
(5) MOVING INLAND TO THE WILDERNESS. Here too you will meet with creatures, beings, and archetypal figures. Flora and fauna fantastica. Allow your inner calling to take you into the depths of the wilderness. It may be a forest or a jungle. Chant visualize whatever occurs here. Even a conversation with a jungle or forest being. Whatever happens is okay. Your unconscious is doing the chanting. You're an interested and curious traveler into the interior. Use all 5 senses and describe whatever needs describing. Abandon yourself to the journey. (6-8 minutes aprox.)
(6) THE QUESTION, THE SEALED VESSEL, AND WISE DWARF. In the final stage of the journey you will encounter a sealed vessel in the wilderness guarded by a wise dwarf. Within the sealed vessel is the answer or answers to the question. The wise dwarf who guards the vessel will answer the questions you put to him about the contents of the vessel except he will not reveal the answers in the sealed vessel. He will ask you questions to test you to see if you are ready for the sealed vessel's answers. Do not guess or expect what answers you will find. When the dwarf believes you are open and receptive, the answers will abrubtly appear to you as an abrupt alteration of your awareness. Allow whatever happens to happen. At the right moment and the right time, the awareness will occur. DO NOT EXPECT TO KNOW BEFORE THE CORRECT MOMENT. There will be an unmistakable alteration in awareness and you will know the answer to your questions. Perhaps many appear at the same time. The secret here is to let the DreamTime chant visualization do the DreamTime Chant Visualization and have fun. Be open to whatever appears.
TIPS ON THE DREAMTIME CHANT VISUALIZATION.
Drink plenty of water.
Warm rooms with good ventalation works fine.
You may do Humming-Breath to get started in place of left nasal dominance breathing.
Above all allow this inner journey to unfold in its own way. Go with whatever you feel moved to chant visualize no matter how odd or strange. Your unconscious knows how to steer and lay down a path for you.
A wristwatch alarm set to 6-8 minute intervals may be helpful, yet it's not an absolute requirement. Record white noise on a tape or CD. Have a beep go off every 6 to 8 minutes to let you know it's time to move to the next visualization. After the beep, eye the next 3x5 scene card and proceed to that visualization. Keep your eyes closed during the chant visualization.
Go with your first impressions and urges. No editing or second guessing yourself.
The more you practice with this, the better your DreamTime Chant performance.
Have fun, Steve

CHANT VISUALIZATION LEARN-IN.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TIPS ON THE DREAMTIME CHANT VISUALIZATION.
*Drink plenty of water.
*Warm rooms with good ventalation works fine.
*You may do Humming-Breath to get started in place of left nasal dominance breathing.
*Above all allow this inner journey to unfold in its own way. Go with whatever you feel moved to chant visualize no matter how odd or strange. Your unconscious knows how to steer and lay down a path for you.
*A wristwatch alarm set to 6-8 minute intervals may be helpful, yet it's not an absolute requirement. Record white noise on a tape or CD. Have a beep go off every 6 to 8 minutes to let you know it's time to move to the next visualization. After the beep, eye the next 3x5 scene card and proceed to that visualization. Keep your eyes closed during the chant visualization.
*Go with your first impressions and urges. No editing or second guessing yourself.
*The more you practice with this, the better your
DreamTime Chant performance.

Hello Emoclearians,
Let's get a discussion on the go about how to use THE CREATOR visualization installation process. Let's go step by step through the segments first.
Nick Abruzzi

THE CREATOR
(c) Steve Mensing
The Creator is a visualization installer employing a Miracle Question (Milton Erickson), Rhythymic Chant Visualization, and an Emoclear emotional integration process of your choice to integrate any doubts, counter beliefs, counter intentions, and counter feelings blocking your step by step visualization and it's outcome imagery from being believed. Future orientation in time questions are added to help dream install the visualization.
***Warning: This process is not to be used by persons with a history mental illness, severe trauma, or panic. Those challenges are best handled while working with a therapist. You are only permitted to use this process if you agree to absolve Steve Mensing, Emoclear.com, the webmasters, and the web host of any responsibility for the application or misapplication of this process. With any emotional process someone may experience discomfort.***
THE CREATOR
(1) WHAT DO YOU WANT TO HAPPEN? Specify exactly what you would want to happen with the steps to get there. What would the outcome look like, feel like, and sound like? See the Goal Maker for ideas about making goals. Choose something to happen you would stongly prefer to occur. To assure its congruency or fit check it out intuitively with your deepest values.
(2) THE MIRACLE QUESTION & RHYTMIC CHANT VISUALIZATION: Feel your heartbeat region and ask it: "What if I awoke tomorrow and a miracle happened: My problem solved. [My emotions integrated.] [My goal was successfully completed from start to finish]
-What would I feel? ________________. Rhythmically chant details about how you would feel. (See Rhythmic Chant Visualization below)
-What would I see? _________________. Rhythmically chant details about what you would see. (See Rhythmic Chant Visualization below).
-What would I hear? ________________ Rhythmically chant details about what would hear. (See Rhythmic Chant Visualization below).
-What would you be doing? ____________.Rhythmically chant details about what you would be doing. (See Rhythmic Chant Visualization below).
-What would others close to the situation say? ________. Rhythmically chant out what they would say.
(See Rhythmic Chant Visualization below).
After All the questions are responded to with rhythmic chant visualizing, then mix it together sensually and rhythmically chant out what happened from start to completion.
***You need only do step (G) of the Rhythmic Chant Visualization after you have done steps (A) through (F) for the "what would you feel" question.
RHYTHMIC CHANT VISUALIZATION
(A) Gently pinch your right nostril shut and breathe through your left nostril only for 12 deep and full inhalations and exhalations. When you've concluded the breaths, remove your hand and resume regular breathing. Ask yourself the following questions and feel the responses in your body. Take your time:
(B) Which is more relaxed your right right arm or your left arm? Just note the difference and move to the next question.
(C) Which is more relaxed your right leg or your left leg?
(D) Which is more relaxed the top half of your body or the bottom half?
(E) Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter clockwise (Just once).
(F) Gently palm slap (7x) the occipital area on the lower back of your head. "BL-10" on acuxo.com. Now choose any object, scene, or event you would like to visualize. Picture, feel, hear, taste, and smell what you intend to visualize.
(G) Rhythmically chant all the details of what you're visualizing.
(3) SAY YOUR ANSWER TO THE MIRACLE QUESTION TO YOUR BODY. IF THERE ARE ANY DOUBTS, COUNTER FEELINGS, COUNTER BELIEFS, OR COUNTER INTENTIONS, YOU MAY INTEGRATE THEM WITH YOUR FAVORITE INTEGRATOR OR EMOTIONAL PROCESSOR.
Consider using the:
*Cardio Integrator
*Emo Integrator.
*The Pocket Integrator.
*Shapeshifter.
*White Door.
*The Screen.
*The Annihilator.
*The D.I.E.
*Emo Reviewer.
*Cortical Event Reviewer.
*M.G.
(4) WHEN YOUR VISUALIZATION IS FULLY ACCEPTED AS BELIEVEABLE AND FEELS NATURAL, YOU MAY ASK YOUR HEARTBEAT REGION THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
(A) After you dreamed about your visualization from start to finish tonight, how will you wake up refreshed in the morning? What will you notice first? ___________.
(B) When you wake up tomorrow or the next day or sometime later in the week after having dreamed about your visualization from start to finish, what will you want to do that morning? _____________________. What might you eat for breakfast?
(C) After dreaming about your visualization from start to finish tomorrow or during the week, how will you be feeling about life in general? ___________________. What will you notice upon awakening?
TIPS FOR THE CREATOR.
*Test your visualization with the self-defeating beliefs test:
Test your beliefs with these questions:
-Will this belief fit with my deepest values and yearnings?
-Will this belief interfere with my personal relationships and family life?
-Will this belief provide the emotions I prefer?
-Will this belief support my short-term & long-term goals, my enlightened self-interest?
-Will this belief give me something I don't want?
-Will I be required to balance elements in my life owing to having this belief?
-Does it improve my life or my ability to perform?
-Does it keep me out of significant conflict with others? (unless the conflict is something I prefer).
-Does it effect either my physical or mental health?
-Could another belief work better for me?
-Will this belief effect my behavior adversly?
-Is the belief right for the context where it's employed?
-Are there future consequences for holding this belief?
-What might make it difficult to believe this in some instances?
If the visualization passes this test, then install it.
* State your visualization aloud and notice any feelings that arise in your body. Do you feel any blocks or doubts coming up before, during, or after you make your statement? Pay attention for feelings, to your inner voice, and to what you visually imagine. Some persons may actually smell trouble or have a bad taste about their visualization. Jot these blocks, counter beliefs, and doubts down as soon as you sense them. You may notice "Yeah, but" that old pseudo agreement. Or "No you can't" "You don't have what it takes." "You screwed up before." "They'll laugh at you." Basically you'll be experiencing negative incoming flack in one of your sense modalities. This is to be expected at first. Use your favorite Emoclear emotional integration process. You will process anxieties, blocks, and doubts. At the end of this process you will sweep around again for any other anxieties, blocks, and doubts that may pop up. This clearing procedure helps make your belief even more compelling.
Some folks may find writing down their beliefs and asking themselves if there are any blocks or conflicts with this belief. This will bring up blocks and objections if they are present. Tuning into your body Emo Integrator style can assist here. Just get an overall felt sense of your body and allow felt sense to notice any blocks or objections. You can clear these blocks or objections at the feeling level or the belief level. If any of the objections seem to point that the belief may be self-defeating, then reevaluate it. Make changes in your belief if required, otherwise clear the block or objection.
Another simple tactic is to imagine another person with the same belief. Imagine how they might feel or think about this belief. This can bring up other possibilities for clearing.
When you have completed clearing all the blocks, counter beliefs, counter intentions, doubts, then move to step (6)
*Review the Goal Maker if you're planning to visualize a goal with all its steps and the end result. This will make for a better goal visualization. emoclear.com/processes/goalmaker.html
*To further juice up your visualizations probability of making it into "come true" column, support it with a strong commitment. Make a commitment to your belief coming true. State it aloud and with conviction. Clear any blocks, counter beliefs, counter intentions, and doubts to your commitment.
*Remember to make your visualizations come true you have to take physical action or your belief creating will sink back into the realm of magical thinking. See "A Call to Action" "Action Manuever".**
**Here's a scale to measure the believability of a belief: The VOC Scale (Validity of Cognition). The original VOC was 7 point scale which the EMDR people originated. I use a 10 point version of the scale. To utilize the scale properly do an intuitive read on the belief.
THE VOC SCALE:
0-No belief in the belief at all.
1-Able to consider the belief's possibility.
2-Able to feel some hope the belief is true.
3-Able to relate to an experience that supports the possibility of believing the belief.
4-The belief has some grain of truth.
5-The belief begins to seem believable.
6-The belief has some partial truth.
7-The belief feels true, yet there are reservations.
8-The belief feels mostly true, but with some doubt.
9-The statement feels almost completely true.
10-The statement feels completely true--it is true beyond a doubt.
The scale can be reduced to 1-10 and just choose a number. 1 meaning you don't believe it. 10 meaning you believe it. You get a felt sense read of the belief's validity and assign it a number.
*Make sure you are well hydrated for best results.
Have fun, Steve
Hello:
A simple to do visualization process which drops the visualization immediately into the subconscious's lap by using a miracle question and the rhythmic chant visualization.
The first step asks- "What do you want to happen?" You specifiy what you want to occur with the steps to get there. Visualizations inorder to work have to have the steps leading up to the welformed outcome or they don't get airborne right. They need the steps according to research. Otherwise you have a disembodied idea floating out there in space. How did you get there? This visualization needs those steps. Include them with your well formed outcome.
What does your outcome look like, feel like, sound like, smell like, and taste like. Important to have all the senses involved. This gets all the brain regions involved and makes for a denser more holographic visualization.
Choose something you strongly prefer to happen. Make sure it's congruent with your deeper values.

Hello all,
The Rhythmic Chant Visualization instructions.
Make the left nasal breaths deep and full. Notice which arm and leg is more relaxed. Go through the brain stimulation routine to involve the different areas of the brain. It makes a difference. Palm slap then BL-10 occipital lobe. Rhythmically chant out all the details of what you want to visualize. This will follow the miracle question responses.

Here are some more activities that can upgrade your visualization abilities.
# Work with all submodalities. Go over each one and work with them until you get good at them. With steady practice once you are in the flow you should get very sharp and detailed daydreams that are seamless. Yes you can get that good at visualizing even if you can barely see a green elephant when someone shouts: "green elephant".
# Working with colors, shapes, and spaces can improve overall visualization. Picture paint cans spilling their contents of different colors. See various objects in color. Notice colors changing with the weather. Then imagine various spaces within squares, cubes, rectangles, spheres, balls, cylinders, pyramids etc. Then attune yourself to the shapes themselves. The secret here is allowing these shapes to change. The closer you are to your unconscious the easier it will be for you to get results with your visualizations.
# Working with memories. Recall varius school grades and classrooms can be a good starter. Recall various hobbies you had and how you did them in detail. Recall vacations, people, pets. Visualize details about faces, heads, shapes, rooms.
# Work with cartoons and movie characters. Recall Bugs Bunny, Yosemite Sam, Mickey Mouse, John Wayne, or any movie star and have them in detail and action.
Again the more you work with these people and characters, the better your visualization becomes.
Hi:
If you're working with the Creator on health and healing visualizations, here's several tips:
#Know what you would prefer to heal in an automatic way. Remember with the Creator if you install a healing visualization in the background of your unconscious it runs on its own 24-7. That's some fairly powerful medicine. You can also install healing attitudes that stick with you.
#See a medical doctor if you have a medical problem.
#In doing this work it's smart to know the evidence for when something is healed. You might want to ask yourself the question: When this difficulty is healed or changed, how will I know it's changed? What will be the physical clues?
#If you've had the previous experience of healing an ailment, disease, or injury then recall in detail how you did it. Choose something like a cut, nick, scrape, bloody nose--anything that's easy to heal. These are the kinds of things that heal on their own anyway. Get medical attention from a medical doctor.
#Visualize the former healing experience happening now. Get your sense of this automatic healing. Kkow it will heal on its lonesome. Experience imaginally how this will happen. Run it several times.
# Notice any differences between your automatic healing
and your current physical problem. Notice very closely how you see both the healing and the challenge. Where in your body do you see them? In front of you? Behind you? At an angle?
#Check out any of the key features differences of your problem and how you've automatically healed. Through visualization procatice and submodalities reengineering, take the problem and make it appear just like what you heal automatically. Change it's color, sound, shape, smell so the new challenge appears exactly like the automatic healing experience.
Allow your unconscious to do this work. Just permit it to change.
Basically your automatic healing should resemble the problem. Run this vision several times until it becomes a seemless daydream. Then progress to full dream installation.
#If there are any doubts or counter intentions with this healing, clear those doubts or counter intentions.

There's a couple of scales that work with imagery. Here's one I use called the Visualization Scale:
Hope that helps.
Take care, Steve
Hello,
Here's a submodalities practice drill to sharpen Creator skills.
James Detweiler
"Give this NLP submodalities approach a spin:
Can you make the image bright then dim. Larger. Smaller. Colorful. Black & white. Vivid then blurred. Close by. Far off. Make it move from right to left and from left to right. Make it a movie. A slide. A holgraphic image. Cartoonish. Foreground. background. In space. Speed up the image or slow it down. Make it horizontal then vertical. Can you make it flash? Change colors.
Fuzzy. Sparkly. Look down on it's top. Look up at its bottom. Can you be outside of it at an angle. Be inside of it. Can you make it into multiple objects? Make it blink out. Return. View it on a split screen. Place a frame around it. See it from a panaramic view. Tilt it. Spin it--reverse spin it.
Blink it off and on. Faster--slower. Change it's contrast and shadows. Alter its symetry. Put writing on it. Printing on it. Pictures on it. Dots. Polka dots. Magnify sectors of its image. Shrink the images down. Alter its texture. Give it a fluffy look. A velvet look.
Can the object make a sound. Notice pitch. Tempo.. Volume. Rhythm. Musical. Continuous. Interrupted. Timbre. It's words. Singing. Cackling. Laughing. Howling. Noise. Screaming. Gurgling. Spitting. Hissing. From inside you. From outside you. The sound is long. Short. Close by. Far. Many sounds. The sounds are separate. The sounds change position in relationship to each other. Is the sound clear. Just audible. Larger number of sounds. Less sounds. Monaural. Stereo. Quadrophonic. Holophonic. Other worldly. Animal like. Low pitched. High pitched.
Can you feel something about the object? Where is the feeling located? Change the location. Make it a strong sensation. A weak sensation. A barely detectable sensation. On the surface of your skin. Deep in your bones and muscles. What's it texture? Course. Rough. Wavy. Sooth. Hot. cold. A number of feelings. The feelings move. Do the feelings continue or are their pauses? Intense? Mild. Change shape. Tempo or rhythm. Wet. Dry. Gritty. Slippery.
A smell to the object? Sour. Rotten. Dank. Fetid. Stench. Pungent. Far away. Close by. Fading. Unrecognizable. Identifialble. Cloying.
Taste. Does it fade in and out? Overwhelming. Salty. Sweet. Bitter. Just perceivable. Tingle. Burn. Menthol. Mint. Cherry. Lemon. Grape. Wine. Vermouth. Whiskey. Red hot." Emoclear.com
TIPS ON VISUALIZATIONS
Here are some important factors in making visualizations that work.
*Use clearing and integration on any doubts, counter intentions, feeling blocks, and counter beliefs. Check your visualization from time to time to see if there are any counters.
*To really make this visualization work, make sure you're feeling it. This gives it it's sense of reality.
*Practice, practice, practice your visualization until it becomes seemless reverie that comes up spontaneously and goes through all the steps from start to finish.
*Steady practice will erase that feeling of unnaturalness (cognitive dissonance). So will integration work and using future orientation in time questions where you ask what it would be like to visualize and it felt natural.
*Be committed to your visualization happening in the real world. Take action to make sure that it happens in actual life.
* Here's some unconscious engaging questions you might use to strengthen your visualization:
a) After I fully believe in my visualization happening, how will I show this?
As you go through your visualization, check each submodality (parts of each sense) and see if you want to intensify it, sharpen it, or make it even more real." Reseeing imagery is another way. You take a memory and give it a different outcome. Perhaps introduce new sections into it. Clear or integrate stuck spots.
Picture how you would do it right if you had it to do it again.
Put positive images in the bacground and put negative images in the front.
Deliberately shift your moods or feelings while viewing images.
Frank Grabowski
Hello,
Another imagery practice is blowing things up or exaggerating circumstances to the point of being silly. This is part of imagination work. You can also see the worst possible situations and make them even worse to bring up more targets.
Brenda McKinney
Hello
Create paradoxical images of horrible things happening in places where they would least like occur. Like being struck by a meteor while watching the Brady Bunch or having a tornado touch down in Brooklyn. This kind of practice is helpful for giving up control.
JoJett99
Hello,
Images of standing in someone else's place can help tap into empathy.
Assertive behaviors and responses are learnable through assertive imagery practice. Role play with life like situations can habituate assertive behavior and bring up emotions to be cleared and integrated.
Consequence imagery is used to turn someone off to problem behaviors. Like negative reinforcement.
Someone using imagery could practice emotional expression.
Dan Canepa
Hello,
You picture some sage person giving you wisdom that comes from your own subconscious.
You see something you normally feel fearful about in a way that extinguishes the fear. Like you faced this fearful event and you experience that the other people in the imagery are not reacting to you. You imagine giving a speech and you utter something incredibly stupid. The gaff of all gaffs. The people in the audience are dead panned and unresponsive. They don't react to what you said.
Carol Howell
Hello Emoclearians,
Fearful imagery that counteracts a fear provoking image. You picture yourself holding a handful of coral snakes and cobras which distracts you from the derisive laughter and judgements from an encircling lynch mob.
Interweaving safety images in the midst of fearful images. Experiencing yourself watching old episodes of the "Love Boat" while you are dealing with flight anxiety images.
Julian Kammerz
Hi
Create visualizations of the worst possible situations. Keep making them progressively worse. These reveal the cognitions and feelings about these worst conditions.
Gary Holtzman
Hello,
Comparison imagery for making decisions. Imagine the upsides and downsides of choices.
Aversive images are used to show someone the negative outcomes of actions and behaviors.
Nick Abruzzi
Emoclearians:
Repeater flooding images of the same thing over and over will desensitize what's in the image.
Picturing things you don't want to do like cigarette smoking with aversive imagery. You might imagine yourself smoking in agony with your body wasted away from terminal cancer and you spitting blood and infectious tasting material. The cigarettes have dead insects in them. You get the pic. Aversive images.
John Gastly
Greetings all:
Could Emoclear be used to cultivate a proactive and healthy immune system? Could it create more killer t-cells? Would like to hear about this from the page's resident superminds! Have a very ill chum who is open to alternative methods.
Jarrod
Jarrod:
I'm sure a number of Emoclear techs could be used to help with the immune system. Figure the Creator is great for installing any visualization you'd like at the unconscious level.
You could be kicking out T-cells, Killer cells galore if you installed the right visualization. Maybe a poster who's been there might tell you how. The Creator could do it as long as you fed it the right visualization. It's got to be geared toward the imagery of which cells you want to stimulate.
Also the Opening Prayer would be a help in getting your unconscious to grab you some key info for this fight. Help you know where to go.
Integrating stuck emotions has got to raise your immune system's effeciency by itself.
Frank Grabowski
Images of taking a emotionally charged memory through an acid bath, a metaphor for unconscious clearing, may loosen its emotional charge.
Images of a charged memory being subjected to a roasting by a stand up comic will remove charge.
Alyce Waters

Hello Clearians,
Create images for handling negative criticism and for accepting yourself within the same imagery. You create imagery for treating yourself well.
Create images for handling stress in various situations and for overcoming time pressure anxiety.
Create imagery for grieving various aspects of a loss. Add in images to handle different parts of a loss.
Create images for accepting a handicap and moving to new vocations.
James Detweiler
G,day all,
Another imagery trick is to turn the job of image making entirely over to your subconscious. State to your subconscous- 'create for me my most important images.' Images will show up like asking your body for feelings.
Ganjeeli

Hello Ross,
Use the Visualization Drills. They make sharper and crisper images. Especially if you chant out more and more details in your images. Go over the images and chant out features which make your images more realistic.
Imagery can be intensified emotionally by taking images from worse case scenerios and making them worse.
The worse they are, the more intense they become. The more absorbing and real they become.
Adding breathwork like left nasal dominance and high lung circular can make images more compelling and vivid.
Nina Kanis
Hello,
Images for achieving emotional independence are created. You can imagine unhooking from them, moving away. Dealing with the anxiety and discomfort of pulling away. Imagery is contructed to see symbiotic fusing points with other persons. This fusing is viewed as being broken.
Habits may be worked with with imagery practice.
Phobias are capable of being desensitized with imagery practice.
Past success images are revisted for resources.
Martin Hauck
Emoclearians:
Images for healing are quite useful. You can ask your subconscious from a just back position to supply you with healing images. The ones that come from down deep have more punch when it comes to dealing with physical disease.
The prepackaged images given in books and tapes can't measure up to what your subconscious can produce.
John Gastly
Hello,
Some imagery ideas that are bigees in lucid dreams are the use of super computer images for problem solving and predicting. Seeing back from future images is another keeper. Relabeling is added to imagery work.
Images can be made of internal conflicts. Talking heads can take on unconscious conflicts.
Making scales and dials of pain which are adjusted to raise or lower pain can effect pain level.
Creating inner physicians, wise healers can be used to get insight and advice from the unconscious about an illness.
Someone can recall a drug experience via imagery and use it as medicine, pain killers, immune stimulators, trips.
Imagining deep sleep and dreaming is capable of stimulating the real thing.
Picturing elements of your immune system can stimulate it.
Imagery can be created to lower blood pressure or make childbirth easier.
Images are created to effect allergic responses and phobia cures through dissociation, speeding up films, reversing them, making slides.
Wound healing images are useful.
Dan Canepa
Greetings Emoclearians,
Create images of a role model. Someone with admirable qualities. Take on their beliefs, attitudes, behavior patterns.
Have inner adventures like a shamen's journey or visit a foreign country.
Adjust the submodalities of imagery to help motivate yourself.
Use imagery to practice public speaking and public performance.
Make risk taking images to build up your tolerance for taking risks.
Practice listening and assertivness skills with imagery role play.
Get in the habit of making a choice and then doing what you should do with imagery practice.
Practice relationship skills.
Practice job and sports skills with imagery.
Make image to help reoganize the present, past, and future.
Albert Venhoven
Hello Emoclearians:
With imagery work you might creatively split off parts of yourself to get their advice and feedback on issues.
You can have progression imagery where you evolve off into the future.
You might create images of your animas and anima (Male and female aspects) for exploration.
You might make images creatinga hero myth and go on am archetypal voyage.
Clark
Hello all,
Pain imagery could be created like the images and practices posted in the tips for pain management.
You could create numbness and the absence of pain images. You could alter the pain's intensity or move it through imagery to another locale. You could create images that would have your body on the other side of the room.
Aaron Kalish
Hello,
Create imagery capable of helping to stimulate some of the major stuck of emotions. Instead of experiencing the major stuck emotions experience less intense and lengthy emotions. Practice moving back and forth between emotions.
Move from intense anger to assertive annoyance or displeasure.
Move from anxiety or fear to apprehension or concern.
Move from depression to disappointment or sadness.
Move from guilt to regret or remorse.
Move from Impatience to patience or tolerance.
Move from inferiority & self-downing to self-acceptance.
Move from jealousy to wariness or trust.
Move from self-pressuring to calm & focused attention.
Max Venhoven
Greets all,
Someone could create a visualization for situations they make boring. They instead get absorbed in this imaginal situation. Someone might also imagine making decisions to overcome any angst they have about deciding.
Jarrod
Hello Emoclearians:
Images are used for headache relief. Typically with migraines the afflicted learn to create images of candles or flames heating their thumbs. This changes blood flow.
Images are used in creating anesthesia and numbness. People imagine ice bags being held to areas. They may imagine pain killers or novacaine being shot directly into a pain area. They may recall times of pain relief and take those images and apply them to their current pain. Persons migrate pain to less intrusive areas. Some can dissociate the pain outside their bodies. They can use various sensual images to strip the cognitive overlay away from the actual pain signal, then muffle that. they may use massively distracting images like hallucinating a lion walking down the hall to distract them from unrelenting intense pain.
Alyce Waters
Hello,
A well crafted visualization which involves steps and a finish can be cleared C.I.R. style like a memory.
Bonny Keats
Hello:
Will we ever run out of useful images? This is quite a brainstorm!
Images can be made for overcoming insomnia. I promise not to mention counting sheep! There are relaxing scenes galore. Monkey minds that can be put in boxes and dropped into a calm sea. Forests and waterfalls.
Anti-Smoking images or images that smokers can use to relax and destress when their craving hits. Combined with integrating and clearing, some progress could be made. Images of alternative things to do instead of smoke. Imagine chewing gum or eating sardines instead.
Anti-stress images. Think of all the clouds, oceans, forests, castles, gardens of the moon, travel abroad that bring relaxation and an upbeat mood.
Anti-perfectionism images. You accept yourself as a fallible human and see your complex nature. Images that show you do not need to prove yourself as extra special, you only need to accept yourself regardless of what you do or have.
Anti-procrastination images. These are images that get you up and moving on what's got to be done.
Nina Kanis
Hi all,
Somebody would use preference, self-acceptance, and pleasure images for workaholism issues. For loveaholism someone would simulate images of independence, self-fulfillment, and self-acceptance to help get through the rapids.
Shyness asks for images of being more outgoing and facing important people and group situations to desensitize.
Peter Warren
Evening all:
Imagine any situation where you experience anger, depression, anxiety, fear, shame, guilt, embarrassment.
Make it vivid. Feel those feelings to the maximum.
You have targets for processing and integrating. The emotion will shift this way. If you imagine behaving as if you accepted the feeling this has the effect of reducing the intensity and duration. It changes too how you believe about the situation.

Hi all,
Chant visualize either a metaphoric symbol of a headache or chant visualize a replica of your headache. Witness both until they integrate or fade out.
Chant visualze a recent dream in all it's detail. You may begin to dream if you are experienced with chant visualization.
Chant visualize your thoughts in your mind and your mind in your thoughts. Keep witnessing what happens.
Chant visualze yourself looking back at you in a mirror. Keep chanting until the mirror image appears feels like you.
Ground yourself after any of these experiments.

Hello Emoclearians,
Chant Visualization can be added to the Goal Maker. You can chant out the details of your goals from start to finish until you have a seemless visualization. Process or integrate any counter beliefs, feelings, or doubts against your chant visualiztion. A good chant visualization will have a feeling of being real when you get it down well.

Hi all,
Both the Symbolic Polarization Method and the Metaphor Runner can be chant visualized. This is the way I do it. It remakes targets that are exceptional for going after root systems.
Experiment with remaking colds and allergy targets into chant visualized Metaphor Runner Targets or Symbolic Polarization Method targets. Let your unconscious take over the chant visualization process and let it be free form. You can integrate or energy process the chant visualized symbol.

Give thiese NLP style submodalities approach a spin:
Can you make the image bright, then dim? Larger. Smaller. Colorful. Black & white. Vivid then blurred. Close by. Far off. Make it move from right to left and from left to right. Make it a movie. A slide. A holgraphic image. Cartoonish. Foreground. background. In space. Speed up the image or slow it down. Make it horizontal then vertical. Can you make it flash? Change colors.
Fuzzy. Sparkly. Look down on it's top. Look up at its bottom. Can you be outside of it at an angle. Be inside of it. Can you make it into multiple objects? Make it blink out. Return. View it on a split screen. Place a frame around it. See it from a panaramic view. Tilt it. Spin it--reverse spin it.
Blink it off and on. Faster--slower. Change it's contrast and shadows. Alter its symetry. Put writing on it. Printing on it. Pictures on it. Dots. Polka dots. Magnify sectors of its image. Shrink the images down. Alter its texture. Give it a fluffy look. A velvet look.
Can the object make a sound. Notice pitch. Tempo.. Volume. Rhythm. Musical. Continuous. Interrupted. Timbre. It's words. Singing. Cackling. Laughing. Howling. Noise. Screaming. Gurgling. Spitting. Hissing. From inside you. From outside you. The sound is long. Short. Close by. Far. Many sounds. The sounds are separate. The sounds change position in relationship to each other. Is the sound clear. Just audible. Larger number of sounds. Less sounds. Monaural. Stereo. Quadrophonic. Holophonic. Other worldly. Animal like. Low pitched. High pitched.
Can you feel something about the object? Where is the feeling located? Change the location. Make it a strong sensation. A weak sensation. A barely detectable sensation. On the surface of your skin. Deep in your bones and muscles. What's it texture? Course. Rough. Wavy. Sooth. Hot. cold. A number of feelings. The feelings move. Do the feelings continue or are their pauses? Intense? Mild. Change shape. Tempo or rhythm. Wet. Dry. Gritty. Slippery.
A smell to the object? Sour. Rotten. Dank. Fetid. Stench. Pungent. Far away. Close by. Fading. Unrecognizable. Identifialble. Cloying.
Taste. Does it fade in and out? Overwhelming. Salty. Sweet. Bitter. Just perceivable. Tingle. Burn. Menthol. Mint. Cherry. Lemon. Grape. Wine. Vermouth. Whiskey. Red hot.
TIPS ON USING CHANT VISUALIZATION.
*Take your time and learn each segment of the process.
*Place your palm on your heartbeat region during the process will make intuition more available.
*Hydrating yourself improves performance.
*Chant Visualizations can be used to:
-Create imaginal scenes for emotional targeting.
-Evoke crisp memories for emotional targeting.
-Make images of future situation we'd prefer to have happen.
-Create images that assist us in locating solutions.
-Evoke scenes for skills practice.
-Make images useful for working with health issues.
-Dialogue with objects in scenes for solutions.
-Essence States.
-Journies into the unconscious.
-Much more.
*Tapping with two fingers (7x) on the outside of the eyebrow (Side nearest ear) can further stimulate imagery like the occipital tap mentioned earlier.

(
(7) Somewhat lifelike.

Can you make the image bright, then dim? Larger. Smaller. Colorful. Black & white. Vivid then blurred. Close by. Far off. Make it move from right to left and from left to right. Make it a movie. A slide. A holgraphic image. Cartoonish. Foreground. background. In space. Speed up the image or slow it down. Make it horizontal then vertical. Can you make it flash? Change colors.
Fuzzy. Sparkly. Look down on it's top. Look up at its bottom. Can you be outside of it at an angle. Be inside of it. Can you make it into multiple objects? Make it blink out. Return. View it on a split screen. Place a frame around it. See it from a panaramic view. Tilt it. Spin it--reverse spin it.
Blink it off and on. Faster--slower. Change it's contrast and shadows. Alter its symetry. Put writing on it. Printing on it. Pictures on it. Dots. Polka dots. Magnify sectors of its image. Shrink the images down. Alter its texture. Give it a fluffy look. A velvet look.
Can the object make a sound. Notice pitch. Tempo.. Volume. Rhythm. Musical. Continuous. Interrupted. Timbre. It's words. Singing. Cackling. Laughing. Howling. Noise. Screaming. Gurgling. Spitting. Hissing. From inside you. From outside you. The sound is long. Short. Close by. Far. Many sounds. The sounds are separate. The sounds change position in relationship to each other. Is the sound clear. Just audible. Larger number of sounds. Less sounds. Monaural. Stereo. Quadrophonic. Holophonic. Other worldly. Animal like. Low pitched. High pitched.
Can you feel something about the object? Where is the feeling located? Change the location. Make it a strong sensation. A weak sensation. A barely detectable sensation. On the surface of your skin. Deep in your bones and muscles. What's it texture? Course. Rough. Wavy. Sooth. Hot. cold. A number of feelings. The feelings move. Do the feelings continue or are their pauses? Intense? Mild. Change shape. Tempo or rhythm. Wet. Dry. Gritty. Slippery.
A smell to the object? Sour. Rotten. Dank. Fetid. Stench. Pungent. Far away. Close by. Fading. Unrecognizable. Identifialble. Cloying.
Taste. Does it fade in and out? Overwhelming. Salty. Sweet. Bitter. Just perceivable. Tingle. Burn. Menthol. Mint. Cherry. Lemon. Grape. Wine. Vermouth. Whiskey. Red hot.
These make really good visualization practices and are easy with chant visualization once you let yourself go to it.

CHANT VISUALIZATION LEARN-IN.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
An unusual use of chant visualization is the Dreamtime Chant Visualization-
DREAMTIME CHANT VISUALIZATION

Hello Emoclearians,
Let's get a discussion on the go about how to use THE CREATOR visualization installation process. Let's go step by step through the segments first.
Nick Abruzzi
___________________________

What will you notice upon awakening?" Steve Mensing Emoclear
Hello,
The 1st tip in the tips for the Creator is for testing your visualization for self-defeating beliefs.
Carol Howell
"TIPS FOR THE CREATOR.
If the visualization passes this test, then install it." Emoclear
Hello,
The next tip is further information on the installation process.
"If the visualization passes this test, then install it.
When you have completed clearing all the blocks, counter beliefs, counter intentions, doubts, then move to step (6)" Emoclear
Hello,
The next tip is very important if you want to visualize a structured goal from its initial steps to its conclusion.
"*Review the Goal Maker if you're planning to visualize a goal with all its steps and the end result. This will make for a better goal visualization." Emoclear

CHANT VISUALIZATION LEARN-IN.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Reposted by Alyce Waters

VISUALIZATION SCALE
(9) Extremely vivid with true life detail, coloration, shadows. Dimensional and holographic. A virtual reality.
(
(7) Somewhat lifelike.
Hope that helps.
Take care, Steve
Hello,
Here's a submodalities practice drill to sharpen Creator skills.
James Detweiler
"Give this NLP submodalities approach a spin:
Can you make the image bright then dim. Larger. Smaller. Colorful. Black & white. Vivid then blurred. Close by. Far off. Make it move from right to left and from left to right. Make it a movie. A slide. A holgraphic image. Cartoonish. Foreground. background. In space. Speed up the image or slow it down. Make it horizontal then vertical. Can you make it flash? Change colors.
Fuzzy. Sparkly. Look down on it's top. Look up at its bottom. Can you be outside of it at an angle. Be inside of it. Can you make it into multiple objects? Make it blink out. Return. View it on a split screen. Place a frame around it. See it from a panaramic view. Tilt it. Spin it--reverse spin it.
Blink it off and on. Faster--slower. Change it's contrast and shadows. Alter its symetry. Put writing on it. Printing on it. Pictures on it. Dots. Polka dots. Magnify sectors of its image. Shrink the images down. Alter its texture. Give it a fluffy look. A velvet look.
Can the object make a sound. Notice pitch. Tempo.. Volume. Rhythm. Musical. Continuous. Interrupted. Timbre. It's words. Singing. Cackling. Laughing. Howling. Noise. Screaming. Gurgling. Spitting. Hissing. From inside you. From outside you. The sound is long. Short. Close by. Far. Many sounds. The sounds are separate. The sounds change position in relationship to each other. Is the sound clear. Just audible. Larger number of sounds. Less sounds. Monaural. Stereo. Quadrophonic. Holophonic. Other worldly. Animal like. Low pitched. High pitched.
Can you feel something about the object? Where is the feeling located? Change the location. Make it a strong sensation. A weak sensation. A barely detectable sensation. On the surface of your skin. Deep in your bones and muscles. What's it texture? Course. Rough. Wavy. Sooth. Hot. cold. A number of feelings. The feelings move. Do the feelings continue or are their pauses? Intense? Mild. Change shape. Tempo or rhythm. Wet. Dry. Gritty. Slippery.
A smell to the object? Sour. Rotten. Dank. Fetid. Stench. Pungent. Far away. Close by. Fading. Unrecognizable. Identifialble. Cloying.
Taste. Does it fade in and out? Overwhelming. Salty. Sweet. Bitter. Just perceivable. Tingle. Burn. Menthol. Mint. Cherry. Lemon. Grape. Wine. Vermouth. Whiskey. Red hot." Emoclear.com
TIPS ON VISUALIZATIONS
Here are some important factors in making visualizations that work.
As you go through your visualization, check each submodality (parts of each sense) and see if you want to intensify it, sharpen it, or make it even more real." Steve Mensing from tips on visualization.
Hello:
Reseeing imagery is another way.

Hello Ross,
Use the Visualization Drills.
