			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Is it ever appropriate to resign, when a staff member&#39;s recent inappropriate and deceptive behavior towards a patient ellicits PTSD symptoms from me,
the manager? Or is this avoidance?  I&#39;ve disciplined this person...one more occurence and they&#39;re out. Yet, a childhood of parental sexual abuse has
brought on persistent PTSD symptoms (anger, hyper-vigilance, avoidance, fear, mistrust) when I&#39;m near this worker...making it almost unbearable to go into
work.
